Cardiac Conditions in Obstetric Care Quarterly Webinar

Suchitra Chandrasekaran, M.D., MSCE, Emory University School of Medicine, and Lisa Ehle, MPH, Director of Perinatal Quality Improvement at the Georgia Department of Public Health will speak on their successes and challenges of implementing the Cardiac Conditions in Obstetric Care patient safety bundle with the Georgia PQC.

The CCOC Kick-Off Webinar on April 23 set the stage for this quality initiative in Missouri. The MO PQC recruited ten birthing hospitals across the state of Missouri to participate in the quality collaborative to reduce disparities in maternal morbidity by implementing perinatal cardiovascular screening during prenatal and postpartum phases. Join us to learn more about the CCOC bundle and how this initiative is helping pregnant and postpartum Missourians.
